Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel your order and return your products within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please contact us within this 14-day period. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back. Do not send any returned products to our boutique address. Each country has its own return address. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• In their original packaging and condition

Products that are used, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer)

iDEAL

It enables customers to make direct bank transfers, similar to Sofortüberweisung in Germany. iDEAL is extremely popular in the Netherlands and is also supported by international merchants with a strong Dutch customer base. It’s based on online banking and is trusted for its security and familiarity.

Shop Pay

Shop Pay is Shopify’s proprietary payment method. It allows returning customers to speed up the checkout process in Shopify-powered online stores.

To streamline future purchases, Shop Pay saves the customer’s payment details, including email address, credit card number, and shipping information.
